Order processing timeframe

All orders will be processed within 3 business days after reception of payment. Exceptions to this rule are my yearly vacations, during which a store notice will be issued. We expect to have received payment within 3 days of your order, after which you will receive a friendly reminder. If no reply within the following 48 hours, your order will be cancelled. Upon a second infringment of this rule, you will be prohibited from buying from the store. You are welcome to communication with us with any question or info request.

Part quality

All new sets are factory sealed except if stated otherwise. All sets have been stored in controlled climate conditions in a smoke-free environnement. 

Mint boxes: best condition

Normal shelf wear: a few dents on the corners

All other boxes will have specific descriptions. Pictures are available before purchase upon request.

All sets are complete except is stated otherwise.

Payment terms

No Paypal usage extra fees.

Refunds

Acception of purchase is a binding contract. The only exception is to cancel an order is with mutual consent, if there was a mistake in listing. 

Handling fees

Handling is free of charge. The only cost you will have except the listed price are shipping and insurance costs. 

Sets are sent out in boxes with inside protection (paper, air bubbles, large air bubbles)

Minifigs are sent out in bubbled enveloppes.

Shipping

Shipping is done every day of the week, except Canada Post doesn't send out its packages on weekends and holidays, so those do not count as business days.

All shipments will be sent via  Canada Post shipping services within three business days from payment reception.  Choice of shipping service is made during checkout. Non listed choices can be quoted upon request. We are not responsible for lost orders.

No handling or material fees.

Shipment will be sent to PayPal billing address only.

For Canada, 3 options:

Regular Parcel: Local 2 days. Regional 5 days. National: 9 days. $

Xpress Post: Local & Regional: Next day. National: 2 days. $$

Priority: Next day $$$. Please request quote.

For USA, 4 options:

Tracked Packet USA: 4-7 days. $$. Size limits.

Expedited Parcel USA: 4-7 days. $$$

XpressPost USA: 2-3 days. $$$$. Please request quote.

Priority : next day. $$$$$. Please request quote.

For Worldwide, 3 options:

Small packet International 6-10 days. $$. Size limits.

Tracked Packet International: 6-10 days. $$$. Please request quote. Size limits.

Customs Declaration/Brokerage Fees

All customs declarations will be made based on actual billing. No false customs declarations will be made. The buyer is responsable for any customs/brokerage/import fees, which are country-dependant. These costs can be approximated by consulting Canada Post website at:
